TERMS AND CONDITIONS
─ DO's and DONT's ─✧ I'm comfortable with drawing:
Moderately high gore, OCs, Fanarts, Ship art, suggestive art, Simple mecha (like HSR Boothill)✧ I will reject the following requests such as:
Furries (simple ones like paws/cat ears are okay), Complex Mecha, Harmful/offensive content, Explicit NSFW
ㅤ─ PAYMENT ─✧ The client will pay the full price upfront before I send the rough sketch.✧ Payment will be through PayPal, Gcash, or through Vgen only.
ㅤ─ PROCESS ─✧ To request a commission, the client will EMAIL or DM me on any of my social media accounts. The requests and the pricing will be discussed here. The commission will either be accepted or declined.✧ The client will pay the full price. I will start a sketch and present it to them once I finish. Major adjustments can be made here.✧ Once the client is satisfied with the sketch, I'll start working on the remaining piece.✧ I will occasionally give updates and inquire about clarifications and confirmations regarding the commission. Minor Adjustments are allowed throughout the process.✧The commission will be given through email.✧ NO revisions after the final piece.✧ A watermarked piece may or may not be posted as a sample. Should the client request to keep the commission art private, no privacy fee will be made. Please inform me!ㅤ
─ DELIVERY & BREAKS ─✧ Commissions generally take 4-7 weeks, depending on the slot and the complexity of the commission. I will inform you if personal matters (school, family, health, etc.) will delay the commission.
✧ I take breaks on Saturdays & public holidays.─ USE ─✧ Additional fees for commercial rights of the commission will be negotiated on a case-by-case scenario.✧ Commission being used as NFTs or to train AIs is strictly prohibited.✧ I retain the rights to my work. Do not claim the artwork as yours and give proper credit.
